Among others, vitamin C helps stimulate collagen production for a normal function of the skin. Zinc, selenium, and biotin plays a major role in maintaining healthy skin, hair and nails, they look shinier and smoother. An anti-aging complex of vitamin C, E and Selenium promotes normal functioning of the immune system and helps to protect cells from oxidative stress. Pantothenic acid, also called vitamin B5, contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal mental performance and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
