Ingredients: 16.5% peas, sunflower oil, 13.5% potatoes, sea salt, flavour enhancer monosodium glutamate*, rice flour, glucose syrup, dextrose, onions, celery root powder, leeks, cauliflower powder, thickening agent guar gum, yeast extract, modified starch, broccoli, carrots, celery leaves, chervil, lovage leaves, natural spice extract nutmeg, natural spice extract pepper, turmeric.

Preparation: Stir approx. 3 heaped tablespoons (60 g powder) into ½ litre of water with a whisk, bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Extra tip: If you substitute some water with milk or replace all of the water with milk, the soup will be even creamier!
