100 % natural sweetening from pure dates! The whole fruit is dried after the stone is removed and then ground. Due to the subtle taste with a slight caramel note, our organic date sugar is ideal for use in any baked goods or, for example, oriental, spicy dishes.
Note: Organic date sugar does not dissolve in liquid because it is dried, ground dates and is therefore not suitable for sweetening beverages.
