This delicacy is pressed from controlled organic cultivation, natural and unroasted Styrian oil pumpkin seeds (Cucurbita pepo var. styriaca), cold pressed in a traditional screw press procedure. Due to its high quality, pumpkin seed oil is also designated as the "green gold" of Austria.
