Each of these drink bottles contain 10 g of branded collagen FORTIGEL®. This collagen is characterised by its optimal bioavailability and can be absorbed very well by the body in liquid form. Cartilage is made up of 70% collagen. Please remember that regular exercise is important for your joints. Very easy to use: GELASTIN® Liquid extra is filled into bottles ready to drink. Powder does not have to be stirred in and no mixing is required. 1 bottle every day is sufficient, preferably over a period of 3 months.
