This incomparably delicious spiced vinegar is made according to an old family recipe using the finest vinegar, fine onions, a pinch of sugar, salt and pepper, a hint of cloves, cardamom, cinnamon and bay leaves. Naturally, it contains no colourings, artificial flavourings, thickeners or preservatives. All natural ingredients are carefully checked, finely chopped and ground with mortars. A mixture prepared exactly according to the recipe is boiled and coarsely filtered. All production steps are carried out by hand. The result is a bright amber-coloured, stunningly full-bodied delicacy that will delight you! We recommend this fine spiced vinegar for preparing fresh salads, seasoning soups, sauces, meat and vegetable dishes – there are no limits to your imagination!
